AC IS NOT COOLING EFFICIENTLY

Your system may have a gas leak. We advise an inspection to assess whether this is the case.

If system is found to be short of gas, we will provide a quotation to find the leak and repair.

POWER OUTAGE ON UNIT

If units appear to have no life, our first point of call would be to check

1) The Main fuse Board and

2) The electrical isolator to see if either has tripped.

UNIT IS DRIPPING/ SPITTING OR LEAKING WATER

This is either usually down to lack of regular maintenance or could point towards a faulty condensate pump. 

As a temporary measure please reset the AC into ‘fan mode’ which should stop the dripping and call one of our engineers.

AC NOT TURNING ON

Check the batteries on your controller and change if necessary. 

If your system is smelling, call us. Your system works by recirculating the air within your room. If systems are not regularly serviced, atmospheric grime and bacteria can build up and these odour’s can build up on the coil creating a bad smell.

Unit/s that receive regular service will help to combat this.

Our call out rates are very competitive, and usually our experienced engineers can diagnose the issue within the first hour.

Call out Hours Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Charges are: £120.00 plus vat which covers the first hour’s work.

Charge then reduces to £75.00 plus vat for each hour thereafter.

Saturday / Sunday and out of hours rates differ from above.
